Very rude and judgmental staff. 5 days post partum and I showed up to their office thinking I was at the right location. The ladies at the front were rude and not compassionate at all. Even with me being on crutches from a complications from delivery. I was very excited to get set up with this office as I have heard some good things from friends. Sad we didn’t even get the chance to meet Dr. Steadman. I have heard he is great. But with a front desk staff like that, I won’t even chance becoming a patient.
Dr Steadman has always been professional and informative, but we’ve had to wait almost 2 months for a reference to a specialist from his office staff and they will not send it over, answer the phones, or deal with the issue directly. Our child runs the risk of having a time sensitive issue go unresolved due to this office staffs oversight.
We love Dr.Steadman and Amber PLUS THE TEAM THEY HAVE. They have been such a breath of fresh air since transferring both our girls to them. Highly recommend this practice over anyone in town.
Dr Steadman and his staff have cared for my children and now my grandchildren. His care is superb and his staff is always willing to help.
My husband and I truly appreciate everything Dr. Steadman has done for our family over the years. He has gone above and beyond to help us meet the needs of each one of our four children. He is very professional and a great listener when I share any concerns at every visit. The nurses are always kind and patient with each of my kids' personalities. We are so thankful for Dr. Steadman guiding our family with medical and parent advice.
