I cannot speak highly enough about Steadman pediatrics. Every single person we encounter is kind and caring. They listen to every concern even if I’m just being that crazy paranoid mom. Dr. Steadman, Amber, and Claire are all incredible! And Devyn is an absolute angel who always answers my crazy after hours nonsense! Highly recommend.
I've only been met with kind compassionate front desk ladies here and we love steadman as a dr he is thorough and answers all of our questions. Would recommend his office to anyone.
Very rude and judgmental staff. 5 days post partum and I showed up to their office thinking I was at the right location. The ladies at the front were rude and not compassionate at all. Even with me being on crutches from a complications from delivery. I was very excited to get set up with this office as I have heard some good things from friends. Sad we didn’t even get the chance to meet Dr. Steadman. I have heard he is great. But with a front desk staff like that, I won’t even chance becoming a patient.
Dr Steadman has always been professional and informative, but we’ve had to wait almost 2 months for a reference to a specialist from his office staff and they will not send it over, answer the phones, or deal with the issue directly. Our child runs the risk of having a time sensitive issue go unresolved due to this office staffs oversight.
We love Dr.Steadman and Amber PLUS THE TEAM THEY HAVE. They have been such a breath of fresh air since transferring both our girls to them. Highly recommend this practice over anyone in town.
