My first contact with this company involved me placing an order on behalf of my wife...and I made a mistake and ordered for the LEFT hand (WRONG !)...I followed up with an email to them and never heard back....or so I thought. Truly excellent customer support and I look forward to the upcoming release of the Steadi-3. Outstanding customer service- I was trying to pre-order a Steadi-Two device and had some trouble with the website. ... read more

This is a great small company that is a pleasure to do business with. I tried the Steadi-Two Plus, but unfortunately the Small size was too large for my hand, so I had to return it. The refund was issued promptly. Moreover, Mark and his team were interested to gain more information about how they might modify the design to make their device more suitable for smaller hands, so I went to their engineering design studio in Toronto and met with them. Such nice guys and very dedicated to their mission of improving their product a... read more
