This is a great small company that is a pleasure to do business with. I tried the Steadi-Two Plus, but unfortunately the Small size was too large for my hand, so I had to return it. The refund was issued promptly. Now, the Steadi-Three fits great on my hand - really fits "like a glove!" Once I adjusted it, that's the only adjustment I needed to do. So I preordered the new device almost a year ago. Meds don’t work on my tremors. My Doctor wants me to have more extensive the physical approaches. I thought why not??? I will try it. Today was the first day I worked using it. O my word!!!! My left hand has been useless for ten years. Today I could actually use a screwdriver with my left hand!!!! WOW! My first contact with this company involved me placing an order on behalf of my wife...and I made a mistake and ordered for the LEFT hand (WRONG !)...I followed up with an email to them and never heard back....or so I thought.
