Wonderful company with OUTSTANDING customer service. Had a couple of questions and concerns before we purchases and the company (co-founder) responded so promptly, professionally and clearly. It was amazing. Then had more questions and again, they answered us with wonderful caring and concern since this was all new to us. Very impressive!!!! We gladly purchased the product as a surprise Christmas present for a family member that truly needed it. Thank you
12/4/2025 Update: I've had the Steadi-3 for 2 weeks and am very pleased with it. The device is a bit bulky but not unreasonably or uncomfortably so. It makes a variety of small noises while being worn, ranging from clunks and rattles to pings, but they are not intrusive. It feels comfortable and secure while wearing in either the standard (closed) or enhanced (open) modes. And it definitely helps to reduce tremor/shaking! The Steadi-Three fits great on my hand - really fits "like a glove!" Once I adjusted it, that's the only adjustment I needed to do. Now I can just slip it on and off at my convenience and very quickly, plus the fit is comfortable to wear. I find it especially helpful for "fiddly" tasks like putting on my earrings, and it generally gives my hand a feeling of greater steadiness and improvement to my hand-writing. Update: I received my Steadi-3 and after just one day of use I am impressed! The device definitely smooths out my tremor and makes it less severe (no spills trying to carry a water glass since I've worn it).
