Roman is amazing and a pleasure to deal with. My dad is elderly and things were falling apart in his condo with serious threats of causing major leaks. Roman went out of his way to fix every single plumbing issue for us. He explained clearly to me what was wrong and gave a super fair price knowing my dad is on a very fixed income. Roman is a lifesaver! Not only did he come by on short notice, but has been incredibly nice. I did a big mistake and put the pillow in the dryer and it burst, Roman came in and help clean out the vents and pipes as this can be a fire hazard. He didn’t charge exorbitantly, he charged very very reasonably! That was such a relief as I’m on a student budget. I loved his personality, his honesty, his kindness and straightforwardness.
