Really disappointed this company cannot deliver anything in a timely manner been waiting for half a week still nothing don’t recommend
Has to be the worst logistics company operating in Australia Never on time, hasn't got any idea where your delivery is or when it may get there, has supposedly no contact with their agents and contractors. When it does get delivered it's left 50 metres away from a safe place or left in the rain
Parcel worth over $2,000 was left unsecured on the door step of a vacant house for 2 days. No signature provided to receive the delivery. Instructions were provided to deliver on 3rd July, they chose to deliver on 1st July regardless. Cannot recommend their services.
Complete pests. I have told the National BDM Bec Falzon I am not interested 3 times and they continue to spam call and email me. The level of unprofessionalism is beyond a joke. Then calls me rude for telling her to stop, you can't make this stuff up.
Izzy was amazing over the phone with help on correction on my address for delivery on the day! Efficient and very friendly! Thank you Izzy!
