I did have bit of an issue with my delivery address. Samantha Blackley Was absolutely fantastic with rectifying the problem and keep me consistently updated about the changes and progress. I recently had an order delivered through Steadfast Logistics and had a really excellent customer service experience with Jessica P. She was able to resolve a minor issue with efficiency, A+ communication and genuine care. It was so refreshing to receive such a super high level of customer service, well done Jessica! :)
Very slow. Items sit in depots for over a week. When you ring to enquire they tell you they'll call you back and don't.
