great experience initially i had issues with the delivery but Olevia managed to turn things around very quickly very happy with the service
Poor customer service! They don’t arrange a day or timeframe for delivery, even if you request it. If you’re not home, they have an “automatic authority to leave” policy where they can leave your furniture outside where is can get wet or stolen if you’re not home. How is someone meant to make themselves available when they’re only notified in the morning that their delivery is coming that day? Is there less than one star rating?? They have had my parcel for 3 weeks now. They keep checking it into the depot. They refuse to even respond to ANY live chat or email. What a joke. I can seriously get more reliable from TEMU items in the USA delivered.
Extremely poor customer experience. I purchased $700 worth of furniture, which was supposed to be delivered by the company. First, it was sent to the wrong suburb and left outside without protection, at risk of theft and water damage. When I contacted the company, I was promised it would be delivered correctly, but the same mistake happened again, and it was left at the wrong address over the entire weekend.
