This practice is awesome. First off, full care, doesn't even begin to describe the experience. The dentist truly cares for his patients. He is very down to earth, explains everything in a way like you talking to a friend you have had for years. The initial evaluation, was more than thourough. All staff were wonderful. Best ever at discussing if additional treatments are recommended, what insurance may cover to the best, of their contact with insurances allows. We are not going anywhere else.
I recently had a cleaning done at Steadfast Family Dentistry. I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Vanessa the dental hygienist was professional, explaining each step of the cleaning process before starting. When I moved to central MA, Dr. Ben came highly recommended by family in the area... it has been 10/10 every time I go. I truly feel like Dr.Ben takes the time to listen to any/all my concerns and address them all. Everyone in the office (front desk, dental hygienists, and anyone else) have been very kind, respectful, thoughtful and more. I have been seen by a few dentists in the Boston/South Shore area and nothing compares to the type of care and attention I've received here. Also, super clean :) Thank you!!!
