Staff very dedicated and professional!
Been a customer for over a decade and have now run into issues regarding them not billing to the right insurance, and rudeness from the front staff
Dr. Wu and her assistant performed a root canal , I didn’t feel a thing it was a pleasant experience for someone like me who hates going to the dentist , Dr. Wu and her staff very professional kind and caring
Great service and competent dental work. I found both front end and back end support staff personable and eager to help. Dr. Wu and Dr. Lim have both done work on me and I have not had a bad experience in 8 years. Howard was extremely welcoming and was very happy to share his knowledge of all of the procedures and equipment being used to facilitate my procedures (thus the photo and video of my crown being milled). They direct bill and are helpful in sorting out any issues which may arise in this process.
