Jim and his crew have been very attentive to my roof and other hail damage concerns since 2023. He had the right people come to do the work. He really takes pride in his company, his work, his workers and his customer. I will call on him again for future services. Thank you
This company does adequate roof replacement. The owner is easy to reach on the phone. However, I would like to caution future customers that follow through and completing the job all the way through the final inspection from the county is not their strong suit. My roof was replaced in October. In March after several requests they contacted my insurance company to negotiate what should be covered. After the major hail damage from may 10, 2023, Steadfast Builders came to our rescue. The first contractor ended up ghosting us after meeting with me and our insurance carrier. Brian came to our rescue. He personally inspected our roof and negotiated with our insurance company to cover the whole roof - how, he put together a document with pictures, and best practices, etc. and presented it to our adjuster.
