Criminally negligent...my opinion. Pathetic, complete absence of communication... Twice in three months?!!! The only consistency was total negligence... No communication, zero patient care, zero empathy... Absolutely pathetic. My ex wife had to go to an emergency room due to the lack of response from Dr. Stead... The result was the Chief Oncologist at the hospital she went to admitted her for five days! Said she should have been on Chemo therapy months ago and couldn't understand the neglect.
