Outstanding customer service. Had two emergency issues at two different rentals. One with a failing pump and another with a failing drain field. Patrick came out right away and fixed both issues. Pump working. Drain field functioning properly. The price was very fair. Has saved me lots of money. I have used STE in the past and have found the owner Patrick to be very honest and does great work. Highly recommend .
I had a septic pumping problem in March 2020 and called STE for help. Patrick solved my problem quickly and economically. He was professional and resolved my issue very fairly. I recommend you consider STE if you have any septic issues.
Patrick has been nothing but a blessing to our HOA. He is fair, knowledgable and reasonable. We had an issue recently. We had another well known septic company come out, and demanded $1700 up front and left without fixing a thing. We also had another local company show up, look at the situation, declared the tank needed pumped and left, sent us a bill for $250 for doing nothing. Patrick came by and fixed the issue for a reasonable amount the first trip out. Good people!
Patrick was great! Our septic pump alarm went off this morning and he was able to come by same-day to check it out. He didn’t try to oversell unnecessary services but laid out our options in a no-pressure way. Very kind and personable. We will definitely call him again in the future!
Our septic system alarm went off. STE (Patrick) came out and found it was just a faulty lower float. No overselling on work that didn't need to be done, good price and quality work. Patrick even checked out my water system the next day at no cost (made some recommendations for future work based on some issues we've had). I'd highly recommend them.
