One block off Bourbon Street makes it very convenient . Rooms nice . Restaurants food is very good. Can't remember how many times we've stayed here but always keep coming back .
We had a great stay over Labor Day weekend! The hotel is perfectly positioned close enough to Bourbon Street to be convenient but far enough away to dampen a good amount of noise. We had a balcony street view, room 407, on the top level of the hotel which was perfect (picture from one of the two balconies off our room). Would definitely recommend to someone looking to stay in the French Quarter!
I booked a 3 night stay here for my daughter's surprise 13th birthday. I must say I was very satisfied with the location. I tried to not stay directly on Bourbon street, but this hotel was a block away and not disturbing at all. Yes, we heard the occasional noise from the street party goers, but it was tolerable. They were also very sweet in gifting my daughter a bottle of sparkling wine. (Ofcourse that was just for the pictures, momma enjoyed it all). Update: 8/31/25 Stay was still great. Nothing has changed in service. Quite, close to everything. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. This year we had an inside room and last year was a courtyard room. I actually prefer the courtyard room just because on convenience. Definitely will be staying here again when in town. Aug/2024... Best location you can have just some step to Bourbon st. Plenty restaurant cafe etc. The bar has very good prices food is good and Happy Hour. Will definitely be back.
