Charming hotel, excellent location, wonderful staff, especially Kendra!
My stay was really perfect. I booked based on reviews from other customers, and it went very well. Front desk was great - luggage was stored before check-in. Room facing the courtyard was quiet, large, and beds/pillows were comfy! Restaurant downstairs was great for breakfast. I would stay there again. Betsy at the front desk was terrific.
10/10 would stay here again, especially during French Quarter fest. - Paying to park in their garage is definitely worth it. - Very quiet if you choose a room with a balcony facing the courtyard. - The service here is unmatched. Lovely room and balcony was a special touch. - Solid gumbo at the hotel restaurant. - Do not miss the “Swamp Mint” icecream in the cafe downstairs—seems to be made with fresh chopped mint. I’m from New Orleans originally and I can’t imagine a better hotel experience in the French Quarter. Thank you!
The staff at the hotel are top notch, so accommodating and customer service was amazing. The location is great, we had a balcony facing the street, which can get a little loud at night but we knew that and had a lot of fun people watching and interacting with everyone. You won’t regret staying here :)
