I like a smaller hotel where you come to recognize the staff and they you. Two things I didn't care for, #1 there are no security chains on the doors, #2 the bath towels are the size of a postage stamp.
I did a bachelorette party here and the hotel staff let me dress as a maintenance worker before knocking on the girls door. It was awesome.
Jermaine & Kaydean at front desk were wonderful. they went beyond their duties and always with a smile & courtesy. The room had hair in the shower & on the sink. It was disgusting. Beds were comfortable but TV kept going out.
The location is perfect; however, I booked the hotel based on multiple reviews of how quiet the facility was even though it was around the corner from Bourbon Street. We had a streetside balcony room and it was extremely noisy at all hour’s both morning and night! There is a barricade that is raised or lowered depending on street closure, we had to listen to EVERY SINGLE CAR cross a metal plate when it was lowered. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. Rooms were extremely clean staff very nice. Valet parking very accommodating. Location perfect. Expected our balcony to be bigger but was perfect for 2
