My experience has bothered me for months now, I was a first time patient to your practice, like anyone, I came seeking help. Everything began as you'd expect, I filled out the new patient paperwork and scheduled an appointment. When I came to my appointment I was told I needed alot of work done, I wasn't surprised by that. Beware , went in for the special $49 x-rays and cleaning , got ran through and told I need thousands of dollars of dental work , but they gave dental insurance I can purchase through them to help cover the costs, then sent out the door without getting my teeth cleaned like I originally paid for! Called back to get the paid for cleaning, and was told they could only do it with the other major dental work. I'm no dentist , but pretty confident you can clean teeth under all circumstances. Can't say anything bad about the staff and care at Ste. Genevieve Family Dental Care. From the minute you walk in to the time you leave, you feel like family. Dr. Blake, CJ, Kris and Mary were great and I didn't even have to wait long for the appointment. Sometimes it takes weeks or months to get in to a dentist but I was able to get in and get my work done, 2 crowns and a small cavity done in a couple weeks. Thanks guys, you are great.
