My experience has bothered me for months now, I was a first time patient to your practice, like anyone, I came seeking help. Everything began as you'd expect, I filled out the new patient paperwork and scheduled an appointment. When I came to my appointment I was told I needed alot of work done, I wasn't surprised by that. What surprised me was being told "I'm not going to do anything for you, you're welcome to find another dentist that will." Beware , went in for the special $49 x-rays and cleaning , got ran through and told I need thousands of dollars of dental work , but they gave dental insurance I can purchase through them to help cover the costs, then sent out the door without getting my teeth cleaned like I originally paid for! Called back to get the paid for cleaning, and was told they could only do it with the other major dental work. I'm no dentist , but pretty confident you can clean teeth under all circumstances.
