I've seen the negative reviews but my experience has been completely opposite. Far better than my previous family doctor. The only downside is as others have said, they are very tightly scheduled. I suspect this is a similar issue everywhere though.
I have been coming here since 2014. Since I was a teen. I have had nothing but positive encounters with every single staff member at this facility. 2024, I accidentally did not fill out a form in time for me to continue my care with a new doctor at the clinic since they have some new faces coming in, this ultimately led to me being pushed down the list. Listen I’m gonna give this place a four star because the doctors I have met here are truly amazing very kind and very friendly people… that’s the four stars… otherwise, the fact that this place puts French first in an English spoken first Provence is very irritating. When you call in you have to press 1 or 2 for English that’s back wards… clinic suppose to be open at 8:30 sometimes the phone isn’t on until 9… the receptionist are usually quite rude but unfortunately i have adapted to this and just play the game and try to be... read more
