I came from Valley Health Center Moorpark Clinic because their lab didn't accept my insurance, even though the clinic did. The clinic sent the orders via fax, but they sent each order separately, missed sending one order, and the orders Quest Diagnostics received were missing the return fax number. Cindy went above and beyond to resolve all the issues, and the blood draw was quick and smooth. Excellent service!
My care provider was super nice. She took three vials of my blood and was very knowledgeable. Didn’t feel a thing.
The only issue is that appointments must be scheduled weeks in advance to get morning appointments for fasting blood tests. Staff the best.
Awesome service , staff is very friendly, amazing, no holdup, no long waiting , check in is available directly from your cellphone or kiosk at the facility, i saw a lady doing her check in using the kiosk and a staff member step in and offer help to her, the lady was so happy and thanked the staff for her support, this is Absolutely amazing, I love how they meet the people expectations and guarantee their satisfaction .
