Lab staff are so friendly and make it easy to get in and out. Checking in was easy for me but I noticed a few elders had a more difficult time checking in. The location is good for me, it's just the parking is limited, I felt the afternoon was easier to find parking.

I thoroughly DISLIKE the lack of human interaction at check-in and I feel sorry for people who don't use cell phones. This is a horrible way to treat customers. My tech was very nice and did a good job.
Overall, I give four stars based on the location convenience and the quality of the staff. The staff are very friendly and efficient. It's great to be able to get lab work done without leaving town. However, the automated check-in technology is inconsistent. I initially attempted to visit the Morgan Hill location as a walk-in but the system denied me.
