A VERY efficient office! I made an appointment ahead of time and although there were several walk-ins they took me at my scheduled time and had me in-and-out in a matter of minutes. Staff is friendly and extremely good at what they do. I have challenging veins and my tech got it on the first try! When I left, I could see that they had managed all the walk-ins as well as those with appointments (with several NEW people in the waiting room).
Friendly staff, efficient with walk-ins however recommend appts. Quick service .
Lab staff are so friendly and make it easy to get in and out. Checking in was easy for me but I noticed a few elders had a more difficult time checking in. The location is good for me, it's just the parking is limited, I felt the afternoon was easier to find parking.
