positive – Staff was efficient & polite.
Thorough – Very good. Went in at lunchtime and was out in 15 minutes.
F-A-S-T – Extremely professional staff. Very well handled situation overall. No problems whatsoever. Fast specimen collection process.
Not-so-bad – Initially was asked for insurance information, until I pointed out that it was prepaid. No issues. Good technician.
Dizzy-Free – The person was very friendly and she did a great job drawing blood. About 30% of the time, I will get dizzy and I've even passed out before... but she did a perfect job of taking a sample and I did not feel dizzy AT ALL!
