Extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism at this clinic. I waited weeks for an ultrasound appointment, only to have it suddenly cancelled. I was told my doctor had the wrong contact info for me, but I confirmed directly with my doctor that they had the correct number. The truth is, the clinic staff took my number down incorrectly and then lied about contacting my doctor—claiming they also had the wrong info, which they did not. Ridiculous, plain out no beating around the bush. Called in to set up an appointment for an x-ray of my left knee. Next available date is 9 days away? I asked her what am I supposed to do keep hoping around and make it worse. Her response was we're too busy. Get more beds and technicians to take care of patients in need.
