The receptionist with short hair and glasses is the worst in the world and rude. The worst thing of all is that the clinic doesn't care. I wish she were like the doctors, who are kind and take their time to attend to you. It also seems that she is the one who answers the comments here because they don't do anything about it.
I just had a very bad experience with the receptionist she was so rude. She looks old and uses glasses, I just wanted know the price for some tests that my doctor ordered and she told me that she had to write in the computer to know the exactly price and I answer her: “could you do it please” and she said no because if I didn't take the tests there it would be a waste of time.
