Deplorable woman at reception that is oddly horrifying in demeanor first thing. 5 stars for rudeness. Not accurate start times for attending staff. Jeez. 1 month late to upload to pocket health as well....🙄🙄🙄 I phoned my doc and told them the day I went in to see how long this place takes to remit results... I find it sad that "Owner" replies back about a year ago and yet when you look at the abdolute awful choice for your staff ( you know who I'm talking about Receptionist from hell.) Do not go here - this is a PRIVATE CLINIC and they're trying to make me PAY to get my test results. They did not tell me there was a fee when I booked my appointment nor when I went to do the test. THANK YOU DOUG FORD FOR DESTROYING OUR HEALTHCARE SYSTEM. They also billed OHIP, wasting tax payers money without providing my test results.
Receptionists were kind and very informative if you're a walk-in. The xray technician was also kind and gave clear instructions on the process.
I recently went for a mammogram and arrived by wheels trans and they were very accommodating. I had no symptoms but they were very thorough and found a small lump which could result in my life being saved. I am very appreciative of them and their dedication. Highly recommend.
