My neighborhood took a nose dive since this company bought my entire development at a foreclosure auction. Not one home has been built in over 9 years. All they have done is increase our monthly assessment dues from $55 to $78 and given authority to selected people to go after and fine people who try to improve their homes. Not nice people to deal with either. They are not place makers, they own investment properties with no regard for the people that live there.
They're the developers for a community I live in in North Carolina and won't fix our community roads, city doesn't control them and it's on the developer. Massive pot holes and raised manhole covers.
