I rented a house from them i stayed there for a whole year every complaint i have was addressed immediately, they are very understanding. I would highly recommend if u are looking for something property management that helps those in need they are the people to see. Heather and Elizabeth are amazing. Even when i fell behind on rent they still worked with me and help me in any way possible. Thank you STB management LLC
These people do not keep up with the property we rented we have been with them for over two years and the stove has went out they only came to fix it and replace not replace an old stove the refrigerator the same thing and then when they brought a new one it went out a month later and took them another mother to have someone fix it instead of replacing it the electricity in the house had to be rewired and when that was did the outlet in the basement has blown two if driers we bought out completely out to where we have to rep... read more
