Very disappointing experience. The service was poor, and the lack of parking makes visits unnecessarily stressful. This clinic really needs improvement.
Clean and spacious clinic. Very warm and friendly reception and clinic staff. My daughter was seen in a timely manner on a public holiday. Super grateful for your availability and care provided.
If you want to experience healthcare from the 90s, this is the perfect clinic. The front desk staff is extremely stubborn about phone calls. My wife wanted to have a phone appointment with her family doctor but the front desk would absolutely not arrange it. It's 2026 - why no phone calls? Every other clinic we've worked with does it. So, if you use a family doctor from here and are too sick to make it to the clinic or are out of the city, too bad - no phone appointment for you. PS. We saw Dr. Charles. Honestly the doctors and staff here are so friendly and genuinely seem to want to help and give care. All smiles and kind. Also, very knowledgeable and great with kids! Always super impressed and relieved when I bring my son or daughter here. Thanks Staywell!
