We love this place! Very comfy beds, clean sparkly and friendly. Excellent location. Everything works and definitely not cookie cutter. Some might be bothered by how small the rooms are, but that didn’t bother us at all. We have always managed to book when they are having discounted rates, so very reasonable.
Good hotel in great location. Be mindful however on the silly 30usd + taxes tourist trap added to your account for the use of... wifi. Welcome 21st century?
It’s my favorite place in NYC. It’s adorable in decor, fantastic in comfort, and amazing in convenience and thoughtful curation of services. Large hotel chains should learn a thing or two from the fabulously courteous staff and the extensive services. The robe in the room, and the comfy bed will make you want to sleep in, with unlimited sparkling water available along with coffee that you can drink in a real cup! I did not want to leave!
The room was a little small and the glasses were dirty but the service and location were awesome.
We had a very comfortable experience. We do not come into NYC too often so needed some hand holding. The staff on the welcome desk helped call a cab, made sure we knew where we were going, gave us some great restaurant recommendations for breakfast,etc. The room was emaculate and bed so comfy with individual duvets. We will certainly stay here again.
