Location was nice, room had everything you need in good quality. However I would not return again due 2 issues during my stay. 1. the hotel is relatively small floor size, so every room is close to elevator. I had issues to fall asleep and then was woken up around 6-7 am every morning due constant dings by elevator, which you clearly hear in the room, get rid of this useless feature and 1 star up + I would return 2. OMG! Where do I even begin?! This is by far one of the BEST and cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in! The 2 ladies working the front desk on the afternoon of 8/15/26 were absolutely AMAZING. I know one of their names was Carla, and unfortunately I forgot the other lady’s name, but OMG!! they were both so friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Great Hotel and my go to when staying in manhattan. Room was perfectly clean, the terrace was awesome. the check in was so simple and the desk crew relly went above nd beyond.. stay here you won't regret it
Great location and adorable boutique hotel. Rooms are a bit small but manageable. My room was facing 36th Street. Very difficult to sleep. Noise all night. Between the food cart vendors located in the garage next door and the garbage truck it was loud. Would suggest asking for a different room if a light sleeper. I do have my own white noise fan and still was awakened several times.
