I've had Laree as a personal trainer now for two months and I wish I had come in so much sooner. She has helped me tremendously with proper lifting form, my lower back issues, understanding macros and keeping me motivated. Laree is amazing, she's so much fun to work with, she listens to my concerns and she genuinely cares. Stayfitt has been the perfect place for me to maintain muscle mass while also still building endurance. I decided to come to this gym after finding out I was pregnant as my previous gym was very high intensity without many modifications for pregnant women. Stayfitt has helped me through my pregnancy journey, allowing me to feel confident as my body changes and allowing me to still be the athlete I am today. This is a terrific gym. My wife and I worked out there with their trainers and were very pleased with our results (thank you Mikayla and Krissy). Our workouts were personalized and regularly rotated, and I learned a lot about training correctly. LaRee and her team are terrific. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to StayFITT for 2 years now and I just completed my first challenge. I’m so happy with the results I’ve seen so far! I’m down 16 lbs in 6 weeks and feeling healthier and stronger.
