Have to say I had a very pleasant stay, all went well and when there were slight issues I found the staff particularly helpful and fair to accommodating meeting my needs. Justin at front desk was a gem keeping his word to support my case and going out of his way to ensure my request was handled. This really put me at ease and put a smile on my face reassuring me that you can be fair to customers and gain more business. His pleasant demeanor and that of his partner at Ugg was very welcoming .
