Loved my stay with this place. They upgraded my room to a royal suite without me asking. It was really nice and the breakfast is good. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again.
I can't say enough great things about this place!!! Every employee makes you feel like you are super important, and is extremely accommodating. The room sizes are wonderful for hang out - not just a "hotel room". Located super close so so so many stores!
The front desk is amazing! I checked in at 3am and she was so bright, happy, ands chipper. She took care of all my questions and everything that I needed. The rooms are bright and clean, beds are a soft firm if there is such a thing. Breakfast was actually pretty good for a hotel buffet. I'll definitely stay here again if the need arises. Almost forgot about the kitchen, lol. Full size fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave (and they supply a bag of popcorn), and of course a coffee maker. I've traveled for work for nearly two decades, and I can honestly say my stay at Staybridge Suites Gilbert has been one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. I stayed here for 13 weeks, and from day one the entire staff made me feel less like a guest and more like family.
