IHG Diamond Ambassador, $20k/year guest, treated like a naughty second grader over a plastic room key. Desk clerk told me I’d “used all my keys” as if they’re mined from unicorn horn. Maintenance tried to march me upstairs immediately to retrieve the key locked in the room instead of just making a replacement. Never staying here again. Keys aren’t diamonds, sweetheart.
We had a flood and needed to be out of our home for about 2 and 1/2 months. This was our home during that period and it was nice. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. It's always clean and smells nice. They have orders on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. They have full hot breakfasts every morning with a very nice selection.
