We reserved a room for a week to help take care of my folks. My dad has had some serious health issues. The hotel itself is not bad the golf course is nice the problems are all about the Dallas Cowboys. They are coming here in two weeks and the hotel is going bonkers with maintenance crews machinery equipment a cell tower in the parking lots as well as six trailers in the parking lots. I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with my recent stay. Shortly after I checked into my room and unpacked all my belongings, the bathroom ceiling suddenly began leaking water, flooding the entire floor and the toilet area. When I reported this to the front desk, the staff member was incredibly blunt and dismissive, as if I were a burden.
