Terrible experience with this hotel. Management is disorganized and unhelpful. We had trouble confirming our reservation. They initially said it didn’t exist until they “found it in their cloud.” If we hadn’t gone in person ahead of time, our family might not have had a room. Definitely call to confirm your booking if you plan to stay here. We also canceled another room in advance and have a confirmation number, with corporate verifying the cancellation.
