We spent 6 nights in a King Studio on the second floor overlooking the golf course. Our room was sunny and spacious. There were 2 closets to hold our belongings. Our bed had quality linens. The pillows were perfect as well as the mattress. We made good use of the full sized refrigerator and dishwasher. It took us awhile to learn to use the cooktop. Me and my mom are from out of town before we even got to the hotel the man tried to charge my card I called and he was very disrespectful rude saying I’m some type of member when I never been there before I booked through booking . Com I don’t know nothing about being a reward member he then say we don’t have any rooms available and we can’t rent a room from them and hung up

Terrible service. The morning receptionist has a very poor attitude and will hang up on callers. Rooms are not being serviced, and when asked about it, the responses given are unprofessional and dismissive. The rooms themselves are nice and the location is convenient. If the service were good, this would easily be a 5-star stay. Unfortunately, due to the poor customer service experience, this visit receives 1 star.
