No internet, I am on the road business man. I need internet to do my job, and they didn't even say anything until I was already checked in. Always full of noisy pipeliners who have no manners. Pass on this place.
The front desk, lady Miss LISA J is the best very sweet lady. Thank you so much for my check in made my night. Rooms were very clean and comfy. Everything didn’t like was my door can open without a key and when I went to the Desk in the morning time around 6:30 I waited ten mins for someone to come out i tap on the desk in all I went to eat breakfast and came back someone was waiting too they couldn’t get anyone smh
This is a very nice place to stay. We were there for one night and it was comfortable and clean.
Great location for what I needed, however when I woke up to bed bugs in my room I was a little upset and asked for my money back. Whomever Israel Rojas wanted you argue with me about what type of bug they were instead of offering any type of refund or credit. Didn't even check my stay to see if we wanted a different room. Worst customer service in a hotel I've ever dealt with. I'm calling corporate office to inform them of this horible experience along with Hotels.com whom I booked with to insist on a refund.
