Great location for what I needed, however when I woke up to bed bugs in my room I was a little upset and asked for my money back. Whomever Israel Rojas wanted you argue with me about what type of bug they were instead of offering any type of refund or credit. Didn't even check my stay to see if we wanted a different room. Worst customer service in a hotel I've ever dealt with. I'm calling corporate office to inform them of this horible experience along with Hotels.com whom I booked with to insist on a refund. I didn't stay in a room here. I was meeting some friends for dinner that we're staying there. The dinner was quite good. The places beautifully decorated in very good taste. The service was exceptional.
Rooms looked old and dirty
