Warning about advance reservations at this hotel. I made reservations about six months in advance for a concert. Plans changed and I neglected to cancel. Every other IHG hotel I’ve stayed at has sent out reminder notices prior to stay. Not Staybridge Missoula. The next I heard about it was when I saw a whopping $307 charge. And while they charged me for a stay, it didn’t shore up as such in the app. Nor did they give points. Not cancelling was negligence on my part but the whole thing left a bad taste. I won’t be going back.
Great stay! Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, small but clean pool and hot tub and a great breakfast! Perfect for my large family when trying to find a hotel big enough is always an issue! Would stay here again for sure!
This was our first time visiting Montana, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! The hotel is in a prime location, close to Target, Costco, Walmart, and a variety of restaurants, which made everything super convenient. The rooms were incredibly spacious—perfect for our pary of six. We were also traveling with 2 other parties and were conveniently placed on the same floor within close proximity. The room was awesome!! Better then expected!! The staff were awesome!! Super clean, ZERO smoke smell, great amenities, awesome breakfast!! When we asked for somewhere to eat, they referred us to the Montana Club, excellent place within walking distance!!! Will definitely book another room!!!
