I can’t say enough wonderful things about the hotel and staff at Staybridge Suites Lexington. We hosted a destination wedding in Lexington, and all of our guest stayed at the hotel. Every guest had glowing feedback, praising the delicious breakfast, friendly and attentive staff, beautiful pool, and spacious rooms. Although Under renovation, it only got noisey at 9:30 a.m. when breakfast was over. But overall a pleasant experience.

We stayed here twice within a few days of each other. Katie was extremely nice and helpful getting us a new room after our ac wasn’t working. We were overcharged for one of our stays and when we brought it up to the front desk since we were confused and we were told that it was not on the hotel and we’d have to call IHG customer service directly. We did that and were told it was the hotel who charged us incorrectly and they are responsible for our refund. We called to talk to someone again about this and was met with a rude ... read more
