First - I have to say the staff here are some of the kindest people we have met in a hotel. Past that, I have never had so many issues with a hotel room. I made a reservation in February for a one room with two double beds in July. The week prior, I called the hotel just to confirm dates and the reservation. First of all... Check in was SEAMLESS!! Tara, Amanda, And Dave (David) at the front desk ARE ALL SUPERSTARS!! So pleasant and welcoming!! Jackie who does the cooking for the social hour is PAST AMAZING!! Such a Sweet and Patient lady!!! As quick as she was putting the food out it was gone!! Lol DELICIOUS AND HOT!! Look for Nancy, she is there Monday-Wednesday evening. She is awesome. Nancy is a one of a kind sweetheart. She is on top of everything there for the social dinners.
