I have been staying at IHG hotels since 2013. We got 2 room and the refrigerator in on of the rooms made a noise all night. Ask if we could get another room in the morning, they said no problem. Came back at lunch and the woman working the desk was extremely rude and condescending. No ice machines.. or they dont work. I will never stay here again, this was a Staybridge i usually stay at candlewood. Anyway dont wast your money, they act like there doing you a favor. Worst hotel i have ever stayed at.
I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The most concerning issue was the presence of roaches in the room, which was completely unacceptable and not something I expected from a hotel at this price point. I chose this property because I wanted to treat myself to a more comfortable stay, but in hindsight, I could have booked a less expensive hotel in the same area and had a better overall experience. I'd like to give it less than one star. the front desk clerk has a ugly attitude. He shouldn't have came to work today he is rude and disrespectful. I do not recommend this hotel.
Horrible hotel and service the front desk agent Saturday June 6 2026 has a very bad attitude was bothered because I asked him for towels and was very disrespectful. And the pet friendly room stinks like wet carpet. Everything is looks like its under construction. Don't recommend this hotel.
For a 3 star hotel...this hotel is a 5. Room was very clean...amenities made it feel like a luxury apartment. Breakfast was delish as well. If Im ever in Houston again...this will be my go to place
