One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had—and the biggest disappointment was how Marriott handled an ADA reservation. After an exhausting day of travel that started in Vancouver and ended in Seattle, my 9-year-old granddaughter, who uses a wheelchair, and I arrived at the hotel around 11:00 p.m. expecting the prepaid ADA-accessible room with a king bed and roll-in shower that I had reserved weeks in advance. Beautiful hotel. I stayed on the Holiday Inn Express side, the room was perfect for what I needed on this quick business trip. The staff is amazing and the room was clean. When I am in the area I will be staying at this hotel.
