The renovations are beautiful. The location is very convenient. The staff were polite. The hotel was bery clean. The pool was being renovated and the Social Hour was awful, but without any fuss, IHG corporate ultimately ensured my satisfaction.
Second night there i seen a roach crawling on one of the walls in my room then i seen a dead roach in the loby that no one picked up and was still ther the morning after when i went to work , the front desk is not much help. Every time they cleand my room witch was only 3 times in a 2 week spand it was just not done right there was an issue the 3 times ,garbage from under the kitchen sink was left then you don't get the towels right , i did not pick this hotel but i will assure you that i will never come back to this one ,wa... read more
