Very nice hotel. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds, nice friendly staff.
I enjoyed my stay overall. George, Lin, Frank, Shelly, provided excellent hospitality, and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job throughout my visit. The only issue I experienced was with management and the level of customer service I received from the General Manager. I would encourage future guests to be aware of this, as my experience with management was disappointing despite the excellent service provided by the rest of the staff.
NO! We were given 3 different rooms that were dirty. Dirty equals long hairs in the shower, pubicl hairs on the toilet, toilet seat and back of the toilet and facial hairs in the sink. The rooms we were given were dirty and the last one we were 'guided' around by the housekeeping manager who stated "she was blind as a bat and wouldn't have seen the hairs if they bit her" - how are you the housekeeping manager if your are blind??? The room we did end up getting air conditioning BROKE only after 5 hours of being in the room. T... read more
