We travel a plethora during hockey season and from hotel to hotel this one has been the best. From the cleanliness to comfortable beds a nice suite to delicious breakfast. I will stay here again if I'm in the area.
Pros Breakfast, location, cleanliness, free parking, kitchenette, and amenities. Areas of improvement Customer Service, breakfast options, and water pressure. .
Wanted a quick getaway near home to have some alone time with my hubby while staying close to all the good food and shopping! The Staybridge is in general newer building and the room set up is great including a small kitchen and good size fridge. The service was wonderful between the night we checked in and during the morning. All the staffs we encounter were friendly and courteous! They canceled my room at 6 pm. Could not believe it. I had to wait 30 minutes while she "found " another one. Fridge was off which I didn't discover until morning when my stuff was room temperature. Shower had opposite problems when after fooling with complicated mechanisms for too long I was able to get it barely warm enough to take a shower. Completing my stay at another facility like I should have on the spot.
When I need a staycation, I come here. They let me check-in early and check-out late. Always gives me a welcome bag which other locations don’t. Also, always great service , quiet, pretty good free breakfast. The regular suites are roomy and has a regular size fridge, not a mini-fridge and I bring a lot of beer… lol. Nice to have a free laundry room and they provide detergent, too. The fitness center is right beside it which I use at times.
