John and Ken were attentive and made everything so easy. We got checked in in a flash, they were nice enough to store our bags so we could explore on our last day in Alaska- then took us to the airport via their shuttle. The room was comfortable and Bfast was pretty good but what shines is the service, the ease of everything, and the no-nonsense of the staff. By far the best Staybridge I’ve stayed in.

We arrived at 3 AM, exhausted after a flight, and the lady checking us in spent 15 minutes talking casually on the phone while we sat and watched her. Not the best experience, especially for such an expensive room. Please prioritize customer service next time.
This Staybridge Inn and Suites has nailed every aspect of excellent customer service. Staff is very friendly and the hotel and grounds are impeccably clean. Hats off to each and every individual that works there. On our last stay my son became ill and the front desk worked with us to make him as comfortable as possible.
