We enjoyed our short stay. Our suite was comfortable, clean, and well equipped for a convenient stay. The only amenity we felt was missing was an in-room safety deposit box. The hotel is in a quiet location, about a 10-minute drive from downtown Anchorage. It is also very convenient, with a Walmart and movie theatre right next door, plus several restaurants nearby.

The room was clean and comfortable. We even had an upgrade, I assume because the hotel was full and that was what was available, but it was nice. The breakfast was pretty good although they ran out of both hard boiled and scrambled eggs by 9:00 a.m. The biggest disappointment was with the shuttle to the airport. At check-in we asked for a shuttle at 11:30 the next morning. DON'T BUY BEAR SPRAY! At least, don't buy it until you check with the front desk. They have a nice complimentary stash available if you ask, thanks to everyone who bought it and then couldn't take it on a plane or cruise. Very conveniently located in Anchorage if you have a vehicle. The staff was great, and the rooms were very nice. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast buffet quality—nothing more, nothing less—but there was a good variety both days we were there.
