This hotel had become one of our favorites! While all of the staff is very helpful, John who works the front desk, has worked exceptionally hard to help us out on two occasions. He is friendly, professional, and sincerely acts like he wants us to stay here! Thank you for the exceptional service. We highly recommend Staybridge Suites Anchorage!
Lots of parking, friendly staff, and clean rooms. Everything was great here. I enjoyed a free breakfast and even the gym had everything I needed. Great location next to stores and the kitchen was a great surprise. Highly recommend!
Checked in pretty late and were greeted so politely by the front desk lady who said she was working an extra few hours. Her attitude was so positive and you’d never think she had just worked all day. She got us and our dog Lola checked in very quickly and made sure to give us a quick rundown on where everything was and time on breakfast in the AM. Clean, modern hotel. Nice size one king suite. Kitchen was nice but couldn’t tell if the dishes still in the dishwasher were clean or just not put away. Very nice pool and spa area which was not busy at all. Nice courtyard that we never could use because of the constant rain. Breakfast was mediocre to poor. Out of coffee was the norm even though it wasn’t that busy. Limited protein selection and the ham was like rubber on morning #2 of our stay.
