The rooms are beautiful, clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Penny is extremely helpful and very nice! Highly recommend
The whole StayApt staff was amazing, specifically Penny. They came in CLUTCH with a situation change that required me to leave early, Penny was so understanding and helped so much. I even saw Penny here after hours helping guests check in. The room was clean, had all the cooking essentials I needed, a full fridge, and the proximity to HEB, fast food, gyms is unmatched! Also, the AC is amazing.. in such a humid city like San Antonio, this is critical!! Not to mention, all this for such a cheap price sounds like it’s too good ... read more
Nicole, Jaqueline, excellent customer service. We were there for 7 months. They were friendly, helpful, and provided great customer service.
We were scheduled to stay at this stayAPT and our room had a problem with the AC the morning we were scheduled to check in. Since the hotel was fully booked for the NBA Finals, Penny found a room at another stayAPT in San Antonio. She went out her way and it was amazing of her. We are so grateful.
