The friendliest staff ever!!
My check-in experience was wonderful
Poor cleanliness overall. The stairwells smell, there is mold, the elevators are dirty, and the gym is not maintained. Management needs to pay much more attention to cleaning and upkeep
The staff is so wonderful, helpful, sweet, funny, respectful and I'm big on respect. They all make sure youre comfortable, makes sure you have everything you need. They feel more of a family. Housekeeping have my room smelling fresh every time they clean the room. Having it look just like its a newly fresh room. Clean towels, even fold my own covers and blankets places them.at the foot of my bed prop my stuffed animal on my pillow. Its really a wonderful place to stay.
