Pillow cases were never changed from previous occupant, blood stains on all 3 cases. Made us doubt any of the bedding replaced. Floors had not been swept, a brown leafy substance throughout. Disappointed, as we’ve always had such good experiences at other locations.
We booked the room on Expedia the 1st night and extended with them for the 2nd night it was actually cheaper booking directly! The pictures doesn’t do the place justice it was so much better than what you see! Employees were very friendly, guests were respectful and polite. Property was clean the 2nd day we were asked if we needed anything! Soft fluffy towels (very important) A/C worked to good😂 also important! Would definitely recommend, this will be my go to everytime I visit!
New building, very clean and great service. 10min from the airport and 15 minutes to Decatur or Huntsville. Front desk Lady with the hat ' was fantastic, very helpful and went the extra mile to get things done. I enjoyed my stay and if back in the area will stay again.
Very nice rooms BUT found a friend running across the floor at 2am
