Went to check into this hotel tonight, and the app prompted me to call. I booked through Hotels.com and I needed to give them card info. The lobby was dark and I had to call an after hours emergency line. The lady that picked up, then asked me to hold and then hung up. I proceeded to call them back 3 more times, to which they sent me to voicemail each time. So, I could not check into the hotel and had to go book another hotel room elsewhere. A home away from home. After a long day on the road, the quiet time was really great, while looking out into a beautiful courtyard with seating areas and a grill area. It's everything you need away from home. No pool but a great fitness room. Excellent customer service. Great experience!!! This is a home away from home. Great location!!!
Very functional with everything you need for a short stay. Reasonably clean. Very safe in the research park. Quiet.
The staff was 200% Wonderful especially the front counter
