The room was disgusting. Dead bugs in the bed sheets, dirty, hair, stains, grime all over the entire room. They said they cleaned it and we came back after they “cleaned” it a second time(this was after they offered us a different room that was equally as dirty when we walked in) and all they did was wave a wet mop around the room and spray a little. Tasha Nelson deserves recognition for the way she treats her guests. She was patient, understanding, and found a way to help when I was having a stressful day. Her positive attitude completely changed my experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and in a great location, but Tasha’s hospitality is what truly sets this property apart. She made me feel valued as a guest, and I’ll absolutely be back. Five stars all the way!
First off I would like to start with this is not a shot at the Gm or the AGM we came to their hotel desperate to escape a hotel horror from another hotel. They were friendly welcoming lobby was clean and I actively saw the GM working. Went to check into this hotel tonight, and the app prompted me to call. I booked through Hotels.com and I needed to give them card info. The lobby was dark and I had to call an after hours emergency line. The lady that picked up, then asked me to hold and then hung up. I proceeded to call them back 3 more times, to which they sent me to voicemail each time. So, I could not check into the hotel and had to go book another hotel room elsewhere.
