The room had a sewage or a stale type of smell, which I then requested to get my room changed, which the manager reluctantly agreed to. The second room also had some type of burning smell all the time, getting worse when the heater was turned on, which caused me to always keep my windows open. Room service was not of quality and some days were fully missed, causing the room to not be cleaned for up to 2 weeks, and even when the room was cleaned, it would not be properly wiped down at all. They don't clean your rooms or restock you with towels/rags/TP/ etc. Only once ever 7 days, They don't have a staff available for check in or help past 7 pm. Quite hours after 9 pm. DONT RECOMMEND
Great location; clean rooms; and large space to spread out.
