Me canceló porque no confirmé mi reserva cuando me preguntó (a las 15:53 hs. por mensaje de Booking) ¿si llegaba 19:30?. Obviamente a esa hora todavía estaba en ruta de vuelo sin señal, imposible responder. Cuando pasamos migraciones y hasta que llegué al alojamiento nunca respondió mensajes, llamadas ni e-mails. Dejándonos en la calle hasta las 22:00 cuando decidimos buscar otro lugar
Full sized kitchen with very nice sitting area. Beds were clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again!
Shout out to Sha'terra for being very professional and attentive.
I booked two nights for me and my son they gave me two washcloths. We came home after a long day and they were closed and I when I called to ask for the washcloths I was told we can get them tomorrow when they open very poor customer service, no towels, no paper towels no rags to wash the dishes with nothing. This is a horrible place. Do not stay here.
