Our stay was good and I would recommend this hotel. I gave the room a 4 star due to it needing to be dusted under the bed which had a significant amount of dust underneath. We initially stayed in March of this year and I booked another stay a couple of weeks ago through a third party site. I received a voicemail yesterday from the PM to inform me that my upcoming reservation for next week had been cancelled due to over booking along with an apology. Thomas and his GM are amazing! My family and I have been to this hotel 3 different times for 3 different occasions and they have been nothing short of spectacular. The rooms are always clean and they go over and beyond to make us feel like we are home. Anytime we come to Columbus to visit my brother, we come here because we know we will recieve the best hospitality and we know the location is fantastic as well.
