These places are great. This particular location seems to be having staff issues. I stayed here for two months and the room was only cleaned about three times. So after putting up with that for a while I made the mistake of locking myself out of my room around 7:30 pm. Keep in mind they have a sign on their lobby door saying their lobby is open to 8. This was the best experience I’ve ever I had checking into any hotel due to this young Lady Brianna . Made me feal is though I’m at home. Appreciate her . Need more AGM like Brianna

I am writing this review with a very heavy heart after a terrible experience at StayApt Suites Northlake while trying to care for my grandmother who has dementia. We were preparing for her transition into an assisted living facility, and our apartment elevator had been broken for weeks.
