Good rooms and great customer service but horrible internet and mobile service. The Walls and ceilings are also paper thin so anything that goes on outside, next door or above you is 100% audible. Make sure to bring headphones if you want a good night sleep.
The only con I can say is the location, it's kinda far from the freeway. I have been travel all the time, and what I don't trust is the hotel "Star" rating system in the US unlike other countries. For example, this hotel, I am not sure why it's rated as a "2-star" hotel. And as for the facilities, building conditions and renovation status inside aspect, This hotel is better than most of the "3-star" hotels in Virginia.
