This was an extremely frustrating experience to say the least! We booked this hotel way in advance of Fall Family weekend at the University of Florida. 10 days before we were to arrive, I received an email that they were unable to confirm my reservation which was not the case, as I forwarded to them the confirmation. They cancelled my booking two weeks before my trip, which was during a large music festival. The only contact was with the website I used to book the room asking me to confirm cancelation. I would highly recommend nobody book a room here because you might find yourself without a place to sleep.

I booked this motel 3 months in advance of Thanksgiving and I get a message less than 3 weeks before my booking date that all reservations are cancelled for renovations. Now I have to scramble to find rooms that aren't double with this short window.
