I have used Stay True Plumbing over the years n always happy with the service n price. Recently I was part of a home purchase where last minute the lender said the hot water tank had to be replaced. Stay True Plumbing was the best price buy hundreds lower n also extremely patient with the timing and date to actually get in to do the replacement. They understood our situation and worked hard to help us get it done!!
We have used and trusted Stay True Plumbing for over 20 years. We are seniors on a fixed budget. We asked them to replace our powder room toilet with a better quality toilet (Kohler). They quoted $650 to replace and install. What we got was the lowest grade Kohler toilet on sale for $200 retail, it cost less for them. It would have taken less than 20 minutes to replace. I called the office very friendly staff, Shirley was about to get me on the schedule immediately! As a first time homeowner with my very first issue I was very stressed, but she was able to ease my mind. I had to pay a $50 non refundable fee but if you use their service it applies to it.
