Brian and Vince came out to fix a main water valve. They were very professional and very courteous they explained what they did in detail it wasn't an easy fix because the area was very small to work in but they were persistent and did a great job. I would highly recommend these two gentlemen.
I don’t recommend them. They are dishonest. We had used them before so hired them to fix a leak under our kitchen sink. They came the same day and did the repair. However, they turned off the water to our dishwasher and didn’t turn it back on. We had no idea. Dishwasher ran without water and burned up the heating element, which is no longer available for repair. We have to buy a new dishwasher. Contacted Stay True and didn’t hear back. IF BARE MINIMUM WAS A COMPANY!!!! Main water line replacement. Disappointed at the quality of work and the lack of communication from the workers. I questioned the plan to how the water line was going to be run. I got a this is how we are going to do it and no more conversation after that from lead guy on the job. They left with out showing their work or explaining where the water cut off is on the road. I included pictures of the job they didn’t try to do any extra.
