Over the years, I have used Stay True for both emergencies (water line replacement) and ordinary plumbing jobs. They have always been reliable and trustworthy. I recently made the mistake of not using Stay True due to an emergency holiday/weekend sewer repair, and was completely taken advantage of by another company. Along with the emergency sewer replacement and remediation, a salesman tried to tell me my hot water heater was leaking and also needed replacement (that day). I am super impressed with Stay True Plumbing. I would absolutely recommend them 100%. Last week I had a leak on the main waterline coming into our property. Ken came out, gave us a very reasonable estimate and they did the work two days later. The guys were friendly and professional, and they did a great job with the repair and with backfilling the yard. They will absolutely be my plumber going forward.
Amazing service. Randy was quick to identify the problem and even quicker to fix. A big thanks to the office who was able to get Randy out so quickly. Very very reasonable pricing.
Randy and Brian did an awsome job replacing the wax ring in one of my bathrooms. Very professional and clean. In and out in less than 30 minutes. They are very reasonably priced and I will use their services in the future. High, Highly recommended them.
