Always Read the REVIEWS. I made reservations--Saw the reviews & canceled 3 hrs later. It was a distance from the strip & we were charged 2x's for a room!!! I cancelled within time so this shouldn't have happened!!! I also called to talk to Manager but OF course she wasn't available. Left a message & of course no REPLY!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! We drove by it looked DIRTY!! 1st impressions tell you something!!! I should report to the Chamber of Commerce...
Very thankful for the help we received when another hotel canceled out rooms after driving two days straight to get to vegas, Brittany was a blessing in disguise and helped us when we had nowhere to stay , close to the strip and customer service was great , newly renivated room thank galaxy team for saving our vacation!!!!
New Manager on this Place, i feel save and the Coffee was okay. Pool was nice for the little one. They have to do some repair . For the Price we paid it was okay. Every time fresh Towels, cleaning was okay. Free Parking, free Wifi, 24 hours Service.
I almost died in this hotel. Filthy dirty unsafe no managers to speak to and probably contracted chlamydia sleeping on this bed.
