I just had a Japanese half sleeve started by Fran. Unbelievably great experience! Fran was meticulous in his process in designing a custom cover up half sleeve. The shop was very clean, classy, and the all of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to go back in a few weeks to get it finished. If you live in the MD/DC/VA/PA area (or further), start your shop search here, you won't regret it. These people are pros.
