If I could give this 'Care team" zero stars I would. My family entrusted this facility with the care of my mother. Her basic needs were not being met to an alarming rate. Clothes weren't washed, hair was not brushed, home was a complete mess, random injuries with no injury report and the list goes on. When I went to speak with Rebekah about the issues and my concerns, She was completely dismissive, and then denied there was any need for concern.
